5.6.2 AM 7450
For advanced management, Aastra proposes the AM 7450 for a multi-site solution or several
standalone iPbx.
The AM 7450 software is installed on a network administration server (a rack server; Linux RedHat
Enterprise Server as for Operating System). The product is, then, an application that is fully
independent of the hardware platform.
The functions provided by the AM 7450 include:
• Applications for Expert management (requiring special training)
• Advanced management of up to 2000 Aastra 5000 platforms (Aastra X series or Aastra Call
Servers), either in one multi-site, one network or in standalone mode.
• Network management applications, with real-time map animation
• Subscriber management with advanced and easy to use management of the digital terminal’s
programmed keys
• Technical management of Aastra equipment components (inventories, download, remote
backup)
• LDAP directory and directory synchronisation
• SNMP map
• Bulk processing or one by one processing
• Terminal management (Terminal Management Application – TMA)
• Self-administration by the end user (Aastra Phone Suite)
