be connected to a 120V or 230V (+/- 10%), 50Hz or 60Hz mains without
configuration,
• On expansion cabinet
• 1A to feed the converter,
• 4A to feed the sets and the DECT stations,
• 2A to charge a 16Ah battery for 10 hours (providing 4 hours autonomy).

configuration the rectifier can be connected to a 120 V Main or a 230V Main (+/- 10%) 50Hz or
60Hz.
• 2 fans powered by 12V DC issued from the converter are extraying airflow to the back of the
cabinet.
ADS350XD generates 4 types of alarms in case of failure:
• Rectifier alarm
• Converter alarm
• Fanning alarm
• Temperature alarm
5.3.8.9 Autonomy
An external backup battery can be installed optionally to protect the cabinet from a power supply
failure and prevent service disruption and the loss of critical data. This 19’’ battery cabinet looks like
the system cabinets and is 2U high.
The capacity required depends on the configuration.
Note: The same battery can be connected in parallel on the three cabinets of an AXD. In this case,
check that the battery can withstand the charging current (2A per ADS350XD power unit).
For a standard configuration the battery must conform to the following specifications:
