In case of WARNING or ALARM
Your company may already have a standard policy in place for dealing with hydrogen or moisture
alarms. In addition to this, for a WARNING, ABB recommends scheduling an off-line DGA to confirm the
readings and obtain the levels of other dissolved gases.
For an ALARM, ABB recommends performing an off-line DGA as soon as possible. Based on the result of
the off-line DGA, a diagnosis and maintenance recommendation can be formulated.

Plan to perform an off-line lab DGA to confirm hydrogen and
moisture values and obtain other important gases. This should be
done in a short time frame.
