4 Turbolader demontieren und
montieren
4.1 Rotorblock ausbauen
Falls vorhanden:
+ Isolation demontieren
VTC ..4P mit Schalldämpfer:
+ Lage der Verbindungsbügel (74010) markieren.
6kt-Schrauben (74011 / 74013) und Verbindungs-
bügel (74010) entfernen (s. Fig. 5-3).
- 6kt-Schrauben (81010 / 82002) zum Schalldämp-
fer oder zum Luftsaugstutzen lösen (s. Fig. 5-3).
- Schalldämpfer (81100) oder Luftsaugstutzen
(82001) mit Kran entfernen.
Vorsicht ! Gewichte der Einzelteile für die Seilwahl
berücksichtigen.
- 6kt-Schrauben (74002 / 74006) lösen (s. Fig. 5-4).
- Transportbügel (90050) am Luftaustrittsgehäuse
(74001) befestigen und mit einem Seil am Kran-
haken einhängen.
Vorsicht ! Aufhängung ausbalancieren damit das
gelöste Luftaustrittsgehäuse (74001)
nicht abkippt und den Verdichterradsatz
(25000) beschädigt.
Hinweis Lage des Luftaustrittsgehäuses am La-
gergehäuse markieren.
4 Disassembling and assembling
turbocharger
4.1 Removing the cartridge group
If provided:
+ Disassembling isolation
VTC ..4P with silencer:
+ Mark the position of the connecting brackets
(74010). Remove the hex.-headed screws (74011
/ 74013) and the connecting brackets (74010) (see
g.5-3).
- Release the hex.-headed screws (81010 / 82002)
forthesilencerorfortheairinletcasing(seeg.
5-3/1).
- Remove the silencer (81100) or the air inlet casing
(82001) by crane.
Caution ! Consider the weights of the assemblies
for selecting a suitable rope.
- Releasehex.-headedscrews(74002/74006)(seeg.
5-4).
- Attach the suspension yoke (90050) to the air out-
let casing (74001). Loop a rope through the yoke
andxittothecranehook.
Caution ! Balance the suspension in order to
prevent the set of compressor wheels
(25000) from being damaged due to the
possible tilting of the loosend air outlet
casing (74001).
Note Mark the position of the air outlet casing
on the bearing casing.
