Beim Absinken der Drehzahl oder einem Ausfall
der Drehzahlanzeige muss wie folgt vorgegangen
werden:
- Reduktion der Motorlast auf Leerlauf und komplet-
ter Stop
- Kontrolle des Drehzahlmessgebers auf Beschädi-
gungen bzw. Streifen.
- Eventuell Rotorblock ausbauen und die Lagerspie-
le messen (s. Kap. 5).
2.2 Vibrationsüberwachung
Mit dem Vibrations-Überwachungs-System (s. Fig.
3-3) lassen sich ungünstige Betriebsbedingungen
frühzeitig erkennen, z.B. Rotorunwucht infolge von:
- Ablagerungen an den Turbinenschaufeln
- Beschädigung der Turbine
Vorsicht ! Bei Alarm während des Betriebes ist
sofort eine Turbinenreinigung durchzu-
führen. Führt die Turbinenreinigung nicht
zu befriedigenden Resultaten, so ist ein
kurzfristiger Ausbau des Rotors und ggf.
eine Korrektur der Rotorunwucht durch
eine unserer Service-Stellen zu veran-
lassen (s. Kap. 8).
In the event of a speed reduction or breakdown of
the speed indicator proceed as follows:
- Reduce the engine speed to idling and shut down
completely
- Check the speed measurement transmitter for
damage or rubbing.
- Eventually remove the rotorblock and check the
bearing tolerances (see chap. 5).
2.2 Vibration monitoring
Thevibrationmonitoringsystem(seeg.3-3)allows
detection of unfavourable operation conditions at an
early stage, e.g. rotor out of balance as a result of:
- deposits on the turbine blades
- damage to the turbine
Caution ! In the event of an alarm during operati-
on, clean the turbine immediately. If the
turbine cleaning is not successfull the re-
moval of the rotor is to be organized with
a control and event. a correction of the
rotor unbalance by one of our Service-
Station (see chap. 8).
