5.3 Removing
the turbine end bearing
- Bendupthelockingdiscs(42024)(seeg.5-11/1).
- Remove hex.-headed screws (42023).
- With 3 hex.-headed screws (42023) pull out the co-
ver plate (34001) and the sealing cover with gasket
ring (34002) from the bearing casing (42000).
- If necessary, clean the threaded holes in the co-
ver plate (34001) and press off the cover with 3
screws.
- Remove the socket screws (42021).
- Pull out the bearing (34100) from the bearing
casing (42000) by using three socket screws
(42021).
- Remove the socket screws (34104) from the bea-
ring housing (34101) and take away the end disc
(34102) and the oating bush (34103) (see g.
5-11/2).
Note Inspection and assessement of bearing
condition (see sec. 5.4).
Caution ! Protect removed parts from dirt.
5.3 Turbinenseitiges
Lager ausbauen
- Sicherungsscheiben (42024) aufbiegen (s. Fig.
5-11/1).
- 6kt-Schrauben (42023) entfernen.
- Abschlussdeckel (34001) und Dichtungsdeckel mit
Dichtring (34002) mit drei 6kt-Schrauben (42023)
aus dem Lagergehäuse (42000) herausziehen.
- Wenn notwendig, Gewindelöcher im Abschluss-
deckel (34001) säubern und Deckel mit 3 Schrau-
ben heraus-pressen.
- Zylinderschrauben (42021) entfernen.
- Lager (34100) mit 3 Zylinderschrauben (42021)
aus dem Lagergehäuse (42000) herausziehen.
- Zylinderschrauben (34104) aus dem Lagerkör-
per (34101) entfernen, Endscheibe (34102) und
Schwimmbüchse (34103) abnehmen (s. Fig.
5-11/2).
