5.2 Verdichterseitiges
Lager ausbauen
- Zylinderschrauben (42019) entfernen (s. Fig.
5-10/1).
- Mit 3 Zylinderschrauben (42019) den Dichtungsde-
ckel mit Dichtring (32002) abdrücken.
- Lager (32100) mit 3 Zylinderschrauben (42019)
aus dem Lagergehäuse (42000) herausziehen.
- Abziehvorrichtung (90040) auf Kammlager (32001)
aufschrauben (s. Fig. 5-10/2).
- Abpresschraube mit gewindefreiem Ende in die
Abziehvorrichtung (90040) einschrauben.
- Durch Eindrehen der Abpresschraube (90040)
Kammlager (32001) von der Welle (21001) abzie-
hen
- Welle (21001) turbinenseitig fassen und vorsichtig
herausziehen.
Hinweis Werden Streifspuren festgestellt ist eine
autorisierte Service-Stelle der ABB Tur-
bo Systems AG zu kontaktieren.

+ Zylinderschrauben (32104) und Federring (32105)
aus dem Hilfslager (32102) entfernen, Gleitlager
(32101) und Schwimmbüchse (32103) ausbauen
(s. Fig. 5-10/3).
LA62
+ Senkschraube (32108) lösen, Hilfslager (32102)
und Runddichtung (32106), Schwimmbüchse
(32103) entfernen, Gleitlager (32101) und Rund-
dichtung (32110) ausbauen (s. Fig. 5-10/4).
Hinweis Kontrolle und Beurteilung der Lager
(s. Abschn. 5.4).
Vorsicht ! Ausgebaute Teile vor Verschmutzung
schützen.
5.2 Removing
the compressor end bearing
- Remove the socket screws (42019) (see g.
5-10/1).
- Press off the sealing cover with gasket ring
(32002) by using 3 socket screws (42019).
- Pull out the bearing (32100) from the bearing ca-
sing (42000) by using 3 socket screws (42019).
- Fit the extractor (90040) onto the thrust bearing
(32001)(seeg.5-10/2).
- Insert the puller screw with its end without thread
into the extractor (90040).
- Screw in the puller screw (90040) and remove the
thrust bearing (32001) from the shaft (21001).
- Take the shaft (21001) at turbine end and remove
it carefully.
Note When determine straitions an autho-
rized service station of ABB Turbo Sy-
stems Ltd should be contacted.

+ Remove the socket screws (32104) and the lo-
cking washers (32105) from the auxiliary bearing
(32102) and take out the plain bearing (32101) and
oatingbush(32103)(seeg.5-10/3).
LA62
+ Remove counter-sunk screw (32108), auxiliary
bearing (32102) and take out gasket ring (32106)
oating bush (32103) and plain bearing (32101)
andGasketring(31110)(seeg.5-10/4)
Note Inspection and assessement of bearing
condition (see sec. 5.4).
Caution ! Protect removed parts from dirt.
