4.5 Rotorblock einbauen
Der Einbau des Rotorblocks erfolgt in sinngemäss
umgekehrter Reihenfolge (s. Abschn. 4.1).
Vorsicht ! Beschädigte Sicherungs- und Feder-
ringe grundsätzlich ersetzen.
Hinweis Wurde der Diffusor demontiert so ist bei
der Montage die Schraubenstellung am
Luftaustrittsgehäuse zu beachten.
Vorsicht ! Das Luftaustrittsgehäuse (74001) sorg-
fältig ausbalancieren, damit der Ver-
dichterradsatz (25000) bei der Montage
nicht beschädigt wird.
- Zusammengebauter Turbolader am Motor anbau-
en (siehe Abschn. 3).
4.5 Installing the cartridge group
Follow the instructions in the reverse order for assem-
bly (see sec. 4.1).
Caution ! Always replace locking rings and washers
Note If the diffuser had been removed check
before assembling the positions of the
diffuser bolts on the air outlet casing.
Caution ! During assembling carefully balance
the air outlet casing (74001) in order to
prevent the set of compressor wheels
(25000) from being damaged.
- Install the assembled turbocharger on the engine
(see sec. 3).
