3 Turbolader abbauen
und anbauen
- Sämtliche Öl-, Gas-, Luft- und Kühlwasserlei-
tungen nach den Angaben des Motorenbauers
trennen.
Falls vorhanden:
+ Isolation demontieren
- Hebegeschirr kontrollieren
- Seil um Turbolader schlingen und am Kranhaken
befestigen (s. Fig. 5-2).
Vorsicht ! Gewichte des Turboladers für die Seil-
wahl berücksichtigen.
- Fußbefestigungsschrauben lösen
- Turbolader vom Motor abheben und ablassen.
Turbolader in sinngemäss umgekehrter Reihenfolge
anbauen.
- Inbetriebnahme gem. Kap. 2.
3 Removing and installing
the turbocharger
- Disconnect all oil, gas, air and cooling water lines
in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
If provided:
+ Disassembling isolation
- Check the lifting equipment.
- Looparopearoundtheturbochargerandxitto
thecranehook(seeg.5-2).
Caution ! Consider the turbocharger weight for
selecting a suitable rope.
- Release the screws for the feet.
- Lift the turbocharger from the engine and set it
down.
To install the turbocharger follow these instructions in
the reverse order.
