4.4 Düsenring ersetzen
- Rotorblock ausbauen (s. Abschn. 4.1).
- Abdeckring ausbauen (s. Abschn. 4.3)
Durch die entstandene Öffnung im Gasaustrittsgehäu-
se (61000) kann der Düsenring (56001) ausgebaut
werden (s. Fig 5-7).
- Sicherunggsblech (51006) aufbiegen und 6kt-
Schrauben (51005) entfernen.
- Düsenring (56001) entfernen.
- Beschädigter Düsenring ersetzen.
In sinngemäss umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammen-
bauen.
Vorsicht ! Zur Sicherung der Schrauben immer
neue Sicherungsbleche verwenden !
Hinweis Schrauben zum Düsenring (51005) vor
der Montage mit keramischer Paste be-
streichen.
Das Festfressen der Befestigungs-
schrauben wird dadurch verhindert.
4.4 Replacing the nozzle ring
- Remove the cartridge group (see sec. 4.1).
- Remove the cover ring (see sec. 4.3)
After having separated the cartridge group from the
gas outlet casing (61000) the nozzle ring (56001) can
be removed through the now existing aperture in the
gasoutletcasing(seeg.5-7).
- Bend up the locking plate (51006) and remove the
hex.-headed screws (51005).
- Remove the nozzle ring (56001).
- Have damaged nozzle ring replaced.
Follow these instructions in the reverse order for as-
sembly.
Caution ! Always use new locking plates for secu-
ring the screws !
Note Before assembly coat the nozzle ring
screws (51005) with ceramic paste.
This prevents siezing of the xing
screws.
