7. Check if you chose the correct control solution
level, either 1 or 2, when you performed the test.
If you chose the wrong control solution level, you
can still compare the control result to the range
printed on the test strip container.
8. Check if the code number on the meter display
matches the code number on the test strip
container.
If they do not match, insert the correct code key into
the meter and test again.
9. If you are still unsure of the problem … Repeat the control test with a new test strip. If you
still have problems, contact ACCU-CHEK Customer
Care Service Center at 1-800-688-4578.
