P Press the Þ button again, this time holding it down (for longer than
3 seconds) until the following screen appears.

format format
You are in Standard set-up. The first setting is displayed, i.e. the time-
and-date format. The format that is currently set – 24-hour or 12-hour –
flashes in the display.
If you wish to continue with Standard set-up, proceed to Chapter 3.2.4
“Setting the time-and-date format, time and date”.
Note
You can turn the meter off again at any time. To do this, press
and hold down the Þ button for longer than three seconds.
