Prerequisite:
Mainboard Removal
1. Locate the thermal module (A) on the mainboard. (Figure 3-66)

2. Remove CPU screws (B1 to B4) from module. (Figure 3-67)

3. Remove VGA screws (C5 to C6) from module.
4. Remove thermal module (A) from mainboard.
