Status LEDs are mounted on the module as below

Rebooted after WD RESET WD LED = LED ON

Rebooted after PWRBTN WD LED = LED OFF

Rebooted after RESET BTN WD LED = LED OFF

Note: only a Reset not initiated by the BMC can clear the WD LED (user action)
