SCU Utilities
INTRODUCTION
This subsection provides the instructions for performing utility tasks for the MX2820 System
Controller Unit (SCU). SCU utility tasks include the following:
• Restoring of default provisioning options
• Rebooting of the SCU
• Performing tests on SCU relays
• Provisioning Smart Start
• Copying Module Provisioning
• Provisioning IP Forwarding
• Provisioning Telnet Client
• Provisioning System Configuration Archive (SCA)
• General Network Management Provisioning (IP, GW, Subnet, Port #s, etc.)
