Troubleshooting Guide
The items included in this section cover the common causes of trouble that an operator might encounter
during the operation of the T-1000-S14. When operating difficulties occur, the best procedure is to
observe what is happening, identify the causes and effect the correction. Make only one adjustment at a
time, checking the results of each adjustment. If an adjustment does not help or escalates the problem(s),
return the settings back to the former position.
CAUTION: These tests and repairs should be performed only by qualified mechanics or electricians
and at their own risk.
Note: When troubleshooting a T-1000-S14 functioning within a system (i.e. with conveyors, scales,
feeders, counters, etc.), always isolate the equipment and operate each machine individually.
