2. On the edge of a sink - Fasten the guide to the water tap or to
the wall.
Make sure that the plastic guide cannot move when the
appliance drains.
Make sure that the drain hose end is not immersed in the water.
There may be a return of dirty water into the appliance.
3. To a stand pipe with vent-hole - Insert the drain hose directly
into a drain pipe. Refer to the illustration.
The end of the drain hose must always be ventilated , i.e. the
inner diameter of the drain pipe (min. 38 mm - min. 1.5") must
be larger than the external diameter of the drain hose.
