Installing the Larger Wiring Harness
1. Take the part of the large harness with the gas valve connector, flame detector, and high
limit thermostat connectors (Figure 5-5) and pass it around the rear between the two heat
exchangers until gas valve part of cable emerges from the left of the blower assembly
(leaving the other harness section on the right side of the blower assembly).

NOTE
Refer to Figure 5-6 for steps 2 through 4.
2. Install the gas valve connector to the gas valve, and affix the two screws to secure it.
3. Connect the flame detector lead to the terminal of the flame detector on the burner flange.
4. Connect the two appropriate connectors to the high limit thermostat.
