2 TYPES OF CONNECTIONS
The VMF-E6 panel can provide a serial communication port to a third party supervisor or BMS. The implemented communication protocol is Modbus RTU; the characteristics
of this connection are:
— Mode of communication: RTU;
— Type of communication: RS485 standard, asynchronous, 1 start bit;
— Speed of communication: 9600/19200/38400 baud;
— Stop bits: 2;
— Parity mode: no mode;

Conguration for this type of connection:
1. Make all the electrical connections correctly (specied in chapter 2.6p.10);
2. Congure the parameters relating to the serial port (Modbus address, Baud rate) of the VMF-E6 panel;
3. Activate the webserver recognition and conguration procedure using the “AerConnect Search for devices” (3.2p.17) software;
4. System is ready for use;
