Chiller circuit
Compressors
High-effi ciency, scroll-type compressors
fi tted on shock absorbers operated by
a two-pole electric motor with internal
thermal protection; these compressors
have been especially made for the
heat pumps and for hot operation they
guarantee high effi ciency with external
air temperatures down to -15 °C.
Air side heat exchanger
Made with copper pipes and aluminium
fi ns locked into place through
mechanical expansion of the pipes.
the heat exchange coils have a built in
protection grille.
Water side heat exchanger
of the plate type, it is insulated externally
with closed cell material to reduce
thermal dispersions. In versions with
accumulation (A, K, J) of models 020 -
025 - 030 - 040 it is positioned inside the
water accumulation tank.
Filter
A mechanical type made of ceramic and
hygroscopic material capable of trapping
impurities and any traces of humidity in
the refrigeration circuit.
• Frame and fans
Covering furniture
Made of hot galvanised steel sheet of
an adequate thickness, it is painted
with polyester powders after passivation
treatment, it is able to resist atmospheric
agents over time.
Fan unit
Screw type, statically and dynamically
balanced. The electric fans are protected
electrically with magnetothermal
switches and mechanically with anti-
intrusion metal grilles in accordance
with the CEI EN 60335-2-40 standard.
Electrical components
Electrical panel
Contains the power section and the
management of the controls and safety
devices. This conforms with standard
CEI 60204-1, and electromagnetic
compatibility directives EMC 89/336/EEC
and 92/31/EEC.
Electronic card
Consisting of control, checking and
display card, it allows the unit to be fully
checked.
Electronic regulation
The electronic adjustment on ANZ
consists of a control card with display.
For the J versions there is an additional
regulator that can control the three-way
valve.
Hydraulic components
Expansion tank
Membrane tank with preloaded
nitrogen.
Water accumulation tank
Serves to lower the number of
compressor peaks and standardise the
temperature of the water to send to the
users.
Accumulation
It allows water to be circulated in the
user circuit.
