Remove the seal keeper and the seal wash support rings
from the plunger housing. Remove the seal keeper from
the support ring assembly.
4 Using the blade of a flat-blade screwdriver remove the
seal wash gasket and the secondary seal from the
support ring.
5 Using the insert tool press the secondary seal (spring
pointing upwards) into the recess of the support ring.
Place a seal wash gasket in the recess of the support ring.
6 Place the support rings on the plunger housing (plungers
not installed) and snap the pump head and plunger
housing together.
