6 Using and Updating the Logic Analysis System
To replace the CPU battery
1 Power down the system and disconnect the power cable before replacing
the CPU battery.
2 Access the motherboard using the steps described in “To install
interface cards (16900A, 16902A, 16902B, or 16903A)” on page 115 or
“To install interface cards (16901A)” on page 121.
3 Using a 1/8 inch flat- blade screwdriver, gently pry the battery from the
battery receptacle.
4 Insert a new battery (CR2032 3V lithium) into the battery receptacle.
5 Put the frame back together by reversing the “access the motherboard”
steps used earlier.
