If the bioanalyzer is set up for flow cytometric assays, but you want to run electrophoretic
assays, proceed as follows:
1 Open the lid and pull down the metal locking lever into the open position as shown in
the figure below.
The cartridge is pushed out.
2 Gently pull the cartridge out of the lid.
NOTE
Store the pressure cartridge in the provided box.
