4 Extract the chromatogram for the
data file and view the results.
• Make sure you can see all five
chromatograms, the TIC and
four EICs.
a Click the Run button on the Method
Editor toolbar to run the Extract
Defined Chromatogram command.
b To see the TIC and four EICs, click the
arrow next to the Maximum Number
of List Panes icon in the
Chromatogram Results toolbar, as
shown in the example below.
c Select 5 to view five chromatograms
simultaneously.
The system displays chromatogram
results as shown below.
• You can also click the
Chromatograms > Extract Defined
Chromatograms command to
extract the defined chromatograms.
