ANALYZER STATUS REGISTER
Bit 3: SRQ caused by the completion of phase lo cking and the
settling of the RF source (use the OK co de to determine the last lo ck
frequency).
Bit 4: SRQ on end-of-sweep or mid-sweep up date in NA (network
analyzer co de) mo de.
Bit 5: SRQ caused by GPIB syntax error.
Bit 6: SERVICE REQUEST; by IEEE-488 convention, the
instrument needs service from the controller when this bit is set true.
Bit 7: SRQ caused byachange in the coupled parameters (start
frequency, center frequency, and sweep time). Use the OC co de to
determine the new values of the coupled parameters.
Status Byte 2 (Extended Status Byte)
Bit 0: Self test failed at p ower on or at Instrument Preset. This bit
remains latched until this status byte has b een read, or until cleared
by the CS or CLEAR 719 commands.
Bit 1: Excessive amplitude mo dulation input.
Bit 2: Oven for the reference crystal oscillator is not at op erating
temperature.
Bit 3: External reference frequency is selected.
Bit 4: RF is unlo cked (UNLOCK app ears in the message line). Use
OF to determine the source of the unlo c
ked output. This bit remains
latched until this status byte has b een read, or until cleared by the
CS or CLEAR 719 commands.
Bit 5: ac line p ower interruption has o ccurred since the last
Instrument Preset. This bit also remains latched un
til read or
cleared.
Bit 6: RF is unleveled (use OR to determine presentpower level).
This bit also remains latched until read or cleared.
Bit 7: FAULT message is displayed. Use OF to determine the cause
of the fault.
