3458A DMM Uncertainty:
The uncertainty of the voltage measured by the 3458A is:
Error = (ppm of reading + ppm of range) + (factory traceability) + (temperature
coefficient)
Conditions: 1 Year Calibration and temperature variance +/
5 °C with ACAL on
dc volts.

Factory Traceability: From 6 ppm to 0.5 ppm Standard Uncertainty depending on
range.
Worst case error on 0.1 V range:
Error = ((9 ppm × 100 mV) + (3 ppm × 100 mV)) + (6 ppm × 100 mV) + 5((0.15
ppm × 100 mV) + 100 mV))
= 2.375 μV
Percentage Error = 0.002375%
