Access Notices Settings
1. From app list, press Settings > Personalization > Notices.
 The notices window opens.
2. Set your notices options.
 Your notices settings are saved and applied.
Date & Time Settings
Use the date and time settings menu to set date and time manually, as well as select time format options.
Date & Time Overview
The following date and time options may be configured:

Date
Set the date manually.
Time
Set the time manually.
Region
Set the time region.
City
Set the time city.
Time format
Select 12-hour or 24-hour format.
