Locking Provisions
Locking Vertical Operating Handles in the OFF/
O
Position
To lock the small, medium and large operator handle in the OFF/O position,
put the shackle of the lock through the opening in the operator handle
assembly. The opening can accommodate up to three (3) padlocks. See Figure
7.5.

ATTENTION
Follow NFPA 70E for proper lockout/tagout guidelines
when working on energized equipment.
