The cursor must be positioned on the file instruction in the ladder diagram.

Requires Series B, Revision F (or later) keyboard.
Once pressed, the industrial terminal display will change from ladder
diagram to data monitor mode. An example file instruction and its
corresponding data monitor display in hexadecimal format are shown in
Figure 12.20.
