not contain the 4-digit hex value and do not cause a processor fault.
If an illegal OP code should occur, the rung containing it can be compared
with the equivalent rung in a hard copy printout of the program. A decision
must be made either to replace the error with its correct instruction (see
Section 4.4.4, Changing an Instruction) or to remove it. The ERR message,
due to an illegal OP code, cannot be removed directly. Instead, remove and
replace the entire rung. The cause of the problem should be identified and
corrected in addition to correcting the ERR message.
