6. Install the outer bearing cup and cone. Make sure that
the cup is fi rmly seated against the bearing cone.
7. Install new O-ring on FREESPOOL piston and install
piston in FREESPOOL adjust cover.
8. Coat the winch frame and retainer with silicone or
other suitable sealing compound. Install shim pack
(if necessary) and cover.
9. Tighten the six capscrews to 75 ft-lbs (10 kg-m).
10. Position the FREESPOOL shifter fork on the dental
clutch, and install the shifter shaft by threading it into
the winch housing.
