Chapter 5 Detailed Function Introductions
P7.26 Sleep Delay Setting range: 0~999s [120s]
P7.27 Sleep Threshold Setting range: 0~Frequency upper limit [20.00Hz]
P7.28 Wakeup Threshold Setting range: 0.0~999.9 [3.0]
Notes:
The function is used to stop the variable pump (all auxiliary pumps are stopped) when the flow is zero. In this
case, if the frequency of the variable pump is lower than the “sleep threshold parameter”, delay will be
initiated.
If the frequency is still lower than the threshold after the delay, the variable pump will stop. Thus, the whole
equipment will be in the state of “sleep”.
The pressure feedback should be reduced to the “wakeup” threshold to switch to the “wakeup” state. Then,
the variable pump will be started (as showed in Figure 5-7-3). The wakeup threshold setting range
corresponds to the analog PID feedback percentage.

P8.00 Pre-excitation current compensation
quantity
Setting range: 0.0~500.0% [100.0%]
Explanation:
The 100.0% is corresponding to motor no-load current. The action time is set in the P1.04. The upper limit is 80% of
the rated current or small value of the motor rated current.
P8.01 Speed loop proportional gain 1 Setting range: 0.1~30.0 [10.0]
P8.02 Speed loop integral time 1 Setting range: 0.001~10.000s [0.200s]
P8.03 Switching frequency 1 Setting range: 0.00Hz~Switching frequency 2 [5.00HZ]
P8.04 Speed loop proportional gain 2 Setting range: 0.1~30.0 [10.0]
P8.05 Speed loop integral time 2 Setting range: 0.001~10.000s [0.600s]
P8.06 Switching frequency 2
Setting range: Switching frequency 1~Maximum frequency
[10.00Hz]
The P8.01 and P8.02 is PI adjustment parameters when the operation frequency is less than the switching
frequency 1 (P8.03). P8.04 and P8.05 is PI adjustment parameters when the operation frequency is greater
than the switching frequency 2 (P8.06). PI parameter at the switching frequency 1 and the switching
frequency 2 frequency segment is linear with switching of the two group of PI parameters, as shown in
Figure 5-8-1.
