What to do if my Alpha 6000S is overloaded?

If the Alpha Inverter is overloaded, it could be due to several reasons. The inverter output might be exceeding its overload value, in which case you should reduce the load and increase the acceleration time. Alternatively, the DC brake quantity might be too large; try reducing the DC brake current and increasing the brake time. An inappropriate V/F curve can also cause this, so adjust the V/F curve and torque boost. Other potential causes include a low power grid voltage (check the power grid voltage), a load that is too large (select a frequency inverter with larger power), a short acceleration time (increase the acceleration time), or a current limit level that is too low (raise the current limit level).
