Chapter 5 Detailed Function Introductions

P8.20 Zero servo initial frequency
(reserve)
Setting range: 0.00~10.00Hz [0.30Hz]
P8.21 Zero servo gain (reserve) Setting range:1. 0~99.99(G5) [1.00]
P8.22Zero servo tolerance (reserve) Setting range: 0~16383 [10]
Notes:
Parameters related to zero-servo are reserved temporarily.
P8.23 Zero-speed Torque Boosting Setting range: 0.0~50.0% [0.0%]
P8.24 Zero-speed Threshold Setting range: 0~20% [5%]
Notes:
P8.23 zero-speed torque boosting is to provide the additional output torque at the startup, so the motor can
overcome the static friction and start smoothly when the set torque is small.
The zero-speed threshold setting range corresponds to the 0~20% maximum output frequency.
P8.25 Brake Torque Setting Source Setting Range: 0~5 [0]
0: consistent with the final setting value of
driving torque calculated with P8.11
1: AI1
2: AI2 3: AI3 (3004GB and the below are reserved)
4: Impulse Input 5: Serial Communications
P8.26 High-speed Torque Make-up Gain Setting range: 40.0~160.0% [0.0%]
P8.27 High-speed Torque Make-up Base Setting range: 0~1 [0]
0: Make-up based on the operation frequency 1: Make-up based on the linear speed (Reserved)
Notes:
As the operation speed increases, the mechanical system will consume more and more torque, and the
high-speed torque is to make up for the torque consumed by the mechanical system to keep basically
unchanged the torque gained by the effective load.
What P8.26 sets is the maximum make-up and 100.0% corresponds to the rating output torque of motor.
When the make-up base is make-up based on the operation frequency”, the relationship between the torque
make-up and the present operation frequency is showed in Figure 5-8-2:

P8.28 Pre-excitation Time Setting Range: 0.00~120.0s [0.5s]
Notes:
The function of pre-excitation is used to establish the magnetic field before the asynchronous motor starts.
The parameter sets the duration time of this process.
