Remove the Handle from the top of the vacuum cleaner by
pressing down the Release Lever and then pull the Handle
straight up and out as shown.
Next, connect the end of the hose to the top end of the Handle
and clip on as shown.
CAUTION
DO use extra care when vacuuming on stairs. Take care not to
trip on the power cable or flexible hose and DO keep your work
area well-lit.
When finished vacuuming, the vacuum cleaner can be
reassembled for use as an upright vacuum cleaner.
