Questions and Answers
What do the LEDs mean?
• There are three LEDs on your keypad.
• This table shows what they mean and any action
that needs to be taken when they are on.
LED Purpose Action
Green Mains power is on This LED should
always be on.
If it is not follow the
steps for a mains

Orange Fault in alarm

Red Alarm has

necessary
A mains failure has occurred. What do I do?
• You can tell that a mains failure has happened if
the green LED has gone off. You will also hear a
loud beep.
• The CS450 is supplied with a battery as an
emergency power supply. It can keep the keypad
operational during a short power failure.
