What do I do if there is a false alarm?
• Disarm as usual.
• Contact the alarm centre to which you are linked.
My alarm won’t stop when I disarm the system
• Try entering your code again. You may have
entered it incorrectly.
• If this does not work, someone may have cut the
wire or there may be a problem with the control
box. Contact your installer.
