Each device must be secured from falling with a suitable safety rope.
When using the Twin Quick Lock with the 28 mm spigot the devices must be mounted hanging or
standing vertically. Lateral load can cause deformation or breaking the spigot, its fixing screw and
the Twin Quick Lock.
To attach a 28 mm spigot or a half coupler:
You need a torque wrench, a M12 bolt (minimum grade 8.8) and a self-locking nut.
1) Loosen and remove the bolt of the spigot or the half coupler.
2) Mount a spigot or a half coupler using M12 bolt and self-locking nut. Fasten the nut with 50
Nm / 37 ft-lbs torque.
To attach the Twin Quick Lock:
1) Place the device(s) on a smooth, stable surface.
2) Align the device(s) in a row.
3) Slide both yoke adapters into the yoke brackets of the device or two adjacent devices until both
latches engage.
ð When pushed in, the levers fold out and back again. The Twin Quick Lock is locked properly,
when both levers are fully retracted and the red markings are not visible.
To detach the Twin Quick Lock:
1) Flip out one lever and press the Twin Quick Lock slightly downwards until the yoke adapter
slides out of the yoke bracket.
2) Repeat the procedure for the other side.
