6.4 Choosing Date Format
The user can select one of four date formats:
Date Format 1: dd mm yy 15 AUG 10
Date Format 2: mm/dd/yy 08/15/10
Date Format 3: yy-mm-dd 10-08-15
Date Format 4: yymmdd 100815
Dates appear in the selected format in both the header and footer of the
PCS
Printouts. The Instrument display will use date format 2 regardless of
what is chosen for the printout.
Access this option using the Setup Menu. (Refer to Section 6.1,
“Instrument Setup Menu.”) Press YES at the prompt:
Setup Menu
Choose Date Format?
The following prompt will be displayed:
Date Format: X
Change? (Yes/No)
Press YES. The following prompt will be displayed:
Enter New Date
Format: _
Enter the number (1, 2, 3, or 4) for the date format desired and press
ENTER.
6.5 Customizing the Printout Header
The two-line header that appears at the top of the Printout can be
customized to include such information as the organization name or
department.
Access this option using the Setup Menu. (Refer to Section 6.1,
“Instrument Setup Menu.”) Press YES at the prompt:
Setup Menu
Edit Report Hdr 1?
The following prompt will be displayed:
Hdr 1 Edit? (Y/N)
