9.0 WARRANTY AND SERVICE
9.1 Warranty Statement
The Artel PCS Instrument is covered by a Standard Warranty. This warranty
provides basic coverage against defects in materials or manufacture of the PCS
as set forth in the most recent version of the Artel PCS® Warranty and Software
License Agreement (Artel document 19A6847).
9.2 Return and Repair
9.2.1 To return products to Artel for warranty repair, non-warranty repair,
or recertification, contact the Artel Technical Support Department. A
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for all
returns.

9.2.2 To ensure protection of the Instrument during shipment, the original
packaging should be used. If the original packaging is not available,
Artel can supply packaging material upon request. Products should
also be insured against damage during shipment. Artel is not
responsible for any damage to products incurred during shipment to
Artel.
