7.1 Instrument Diagnostics Menu
The Diagnostics Menu is used to access specific systems performance
checks. These diagnostics are useful when performed in conjunction with
the corrective action outlined in the Troubleshooting Guide, or when
working with Artel Technical Support. Contact Technical Support at 888-
406-3463.
7.1.1 Access the Diagnostics Menu at the Main Menu by pressing NO or
MENU SCROLL, until the following prompt appears:

display the instrument serial number

instrument serial number is on a label
on the bottom of the instrument), or
searching for a Printout (it is near the
bottom of most Printouts).
Software Ver. No.? This entry is also for convenience to
determine the software version number
without removing the back cover (the
software version number is on a label on
the program memory card), or searching
for a Printout (it is near the bottom of
most Printouts).
Hdw. Config. Code? This entry will only appear if the
instrument has factory installed firmware
version 7A2.200 or later. It displays
information regarding the instrument
hardware configuration in four two-
