Direct Attach Cables
Direct attach cables (DACs) are used to connect one S2500 with another when forming a stack. DACs are
installed in an uplink port in the same manner as an SFP module, using the 10GBASE-X Ports. For
information on how to install an SFP or a DAC, see “Installing a Direct Attach Cable” on page29. For a list
of DACs available through Aruba, see the following table.
