The "Auto" function
The “Auto” function completely facilitates cooking
for you. It automatically calculates all the cooking
details according to the dish selected
(temperature, cooking time, cooking cycle)
through the use of electronic sensors located in
the oven which constantly measure the level of
humidity and variations in temperature.
How the"Auto" function operates:
This cooking mode cooks in two phases:
an "information gathering" phase when the oven
starts heating in order to determine the ideal
cooking time. This phase lasts between 5 and 40
minutes according to the dish.

with OK.

NB
No preheating is necessary when using the
“Auto” function. The cooking cycle must
IMPERATIVELY start with a cold oven. You
should wait until the oven is completely cold
before cooking something else.
IMPORTANT
Do not open the door during this phase as this will
spoil the calculation and recording of cooking
information.
