To configure IGMP querier:
1. In the navigation tree, expand the “Advanced Settings” item.
2. Select “IGMP Snooping” then “IGMP Snooping”.
3. Select the “Querier Settings” tab.
4. Set “State” to “Enable”.
5. Set “Query Interval” to “15”.
6. Set “VLAN State to “Add” and enter the VLAN number that matches the VLAN number on the
“General Settings” tab (set to “1”, unless otherwise required).
7. Click “Apply”.
The IGMP querier setting must be enabled on at least one switch that has IGMP snooping
enabled.
If available, a second network switch should also be configured as an IGMP querier, as a backup.
The network switch that has the lowest IP address of the two is automatically designated the
primary IGMP querier, and the other switch is designated the secondary.
If only one switch in the system requires IGMP snooping (only this switch has IP microphone(s)
connected), this switch is the primary IGMP querier and a secondary IGMP querier switch is not
