6.3.2 Electrical heating (versions with Display)
• Press the ‘s main switch (16);

• Wait for the eventual automatic lling of water in
the boiler;
• Wait for a further few seconds for the auto-test to
be run;

In case of boiler temperature less than 90°C (machine heating stage)
the message LOW is displayed.
To put the machine back in service press again the keys
simultaneously for 3 seconds.
6.3.3 Gas heating (where the gas system is tted)
• Rotate selector (A) to position 1;
• open the gas valve (B) on the mains;
• hold down the push button (C) and, at the same time,
press the on button (D). Once the ame ignites, hold
down knob (C) for a few seconds, to allow proper
activation of the thermocouple;
• then check through the window (E) that the ame
has ignited;
• wait for the operating pressure indicated on the
gauge to reach the working value of 0,1-0,12 MPa
(1-1,2 bar);

(where the gas system is tted)
• Proceed as indicated in the next paragraph;
• after having checked that the ame is ignited, rotate
selector (A) to position 2. In this way the boiler heat-
ing element is powered and operating pressure will
be reached more quickly;
• wait for the operating pressure indicated on the pres-
sure gauge to reach the working value of 0,1-0,12
MPa (1-1,2 bar);
During the machine heating stage (approx. 20 minutes), the vacuum
regulator valve will release steam for several seconds until the valve
itself shuts o.
Never start up the gas system with an empty boiler.

Switch the machine o through the switch or the
main selector.
