Changing Settings
To change the order in which the system searches for an available line for an
extension, follow these steps from extension 10:

Press [

The phone beeps once, and the light next to [
Spkr
] is green flutter.
Press left [ Intercom ] twice.
The lighf next to left [
Intercom
] is green steady.
Press right [ Intercom ].
Dial the two-digit number of the extension (10–21) you want 10 change.
Press [

].
Press left [
Intercom
] (to select intercom) and the line buttons in the order you
want them to be searched.
When your sequence is complete, press [

] [
✴
].
If you want to correct a mistake, or change the line order for another
extension, begin again at Step 3.
When you are finished, press [
