7- Outrigger cylinders (x4) – Presence and condition of pads (x4). Zebra 16 Stab only
8- Hydraulic / fuel tank compartment: No oil leaks on the hydraulic manifolds or tank–
Connectors on the hydraulic distributors and sensors correctly installed/connected – No
damaged electric cables – Hydraulic oil level in the tank ok - no oil leak, no damaged hoses
(see section 8.3).
Fuel level – Fuel tank cap present.
9- Ground control station: The control station switches are present and return to neutral position
– The emergency stop switch is operating correctly.
10- Structure position sensor(s).
11- Hydraulic cylinders.
12- Articulation pins: lock pin screws present.
13- Rotator cylinder: No missing bolt – bolts correctly tightened.
14- Guard rail: condition – Access rail drops down correctly - Check the two anchoring points for
the harness ( no rust, no breaking point).
15- Platform control station: Correctly secured - The levers and switches are present and return
to neutral position – The enable pedal is correctly attached and is operating correctly. The
emergency stop switch is operating correctly.
