3.3.3 TILT INDICATOR
1- With the platform fully lowered, drive the machine on a slope with a grade higher than the
admissible tilt: the tilt indicator lights up.
2- Raise the platform by about 1m: the acoustic alarm sounds.
3- Check the movements are disabled depending on the selected operating mode (See Section
6 – Safety systems).
3.3.4 OVERLOAD INDICATOR
1- With the platform fully lowered, put a 250kg weight load onto the platform.
2- The acoustic alarm must sound immediately and the warning light on.
3- Check the movements are disabled depending on the selected operating mode (See Section
6 – Safety systems).
3.3.5 BRAKES
1- Drive the machine on a short ramp.
2- Stop driving by releasing the joystick.
3- Check the machine stop immediately and doesn’t move at all during at least 10 seconds.
3.3.6 DRIVING SPEED LIMITATION
1- With the platform fully lowered, set up the machine in high-speed driving (rabbit position).
2- Raise the arm 1 for about 1 meter and drive.
3- The machine must drive automatically in low speed.
4- Fold arm 1 and raise arm 2 for about 1 meter and drive.
5- The machine must drive automatically in low speed.
6- Fold arm 2 and telescope out for about 30 centimeters and drive.
7- The machine must drive automatically in low speed.
