HANDPAY
A handpay by an attendant is necessary, if the machine
can not or must not fulfill the cash out.
Cashout Handpay (Cancelled Credits)
The handpay was initiated by a cash out request that
can not be paid out by the hopper or another payout
device.
• Hopper is empty and the hopper empty procedure
is set to handpay mode.
-> Remaining amount is handpay.
• Hopper is jammed and the hopper jam procedure
is set to handpay mode.
-> Remaining amount is handpay.
• Payout is exceeding the hopper payout limit.
-> Entire amount is handpay.
• Payout of residual credits (if enabled)
-> Residual credits amount is handpay.
Jackpot Handpay
A jackpot handpay is initiated automatically because
a win is exceeding an adjusted limit. A Jackpot
celebration screen and/or a handpay message is
displayed.
• The total win of a single game is exceeding the
win limit or the adjusted celebration limit.
-> Win amount is a handpay.
• Top award or progressive jackpot (if aplicable) was
hit (5x top symbol).
-> Top award or progressive amount is a handpay.
• The creditlimit was exceeded with a win, but the
triggered payout exceeds the hopper payout limit.
-> The win amount that is a multiple of the coin
value is handpaid. Residual win amounts (less than
the coin value) are added to the credit meter.
In all cases the handpay amount (in currency) is
displayed on screen and the machine is locked until
the handpay is reset.
