Lap timer
Applies to vehicles : with lap t im er
Introduction
You can record and evaluat e lap times with the lap t ime r in the display
=> page 26, fig . 18 . The time is measured in minutes , seconds and
1/10 seconds. The hours are also shown wh en the lap time exceeds
60 m inutes. The maxim um individual measurement is 99 hours.
& WARNING
Please devote your full attention to driving. As the driver, you
have complete responsibility for safety in traffic . Only use the
functions in such a way that you always maintain compl ete control
over your vehicle in all traffic situation s.

Timing laps
- To start ti m ing, press the uppe r section of the wiper
switch @ . The time measurement is shown in li ne ©
=> f ig . 18.
- To stop t iming , press the upper sect ion of the wiper switch
© again . This also starts t imi ng the next rou nd. The
previous t ime moves one li ne up, first to line
0 and then
to line ® · Line © shows the current lap number, for
example LAP 5.
Displaying intermediate time and pausing
timing
- To display an int ermediat e t ime, press t he lower section of
t he w iper switch @ . The interme diate t ime appears in line
© and is m arked wit h*.
- To pause tim ing, pr ess the lower section of t he wiper
switch © agai n.
